Nothing to Fear but Fear Itself

“You see in others what is already in yourself.”  – Carl Jung

Never for a moment believe that because there is pain in your heart and fear in your mind that there is something wrong with you.

Never be ashamed of your pain or run away from it because without it you will never grow.

Those in pain are unable to see themselves for who they truly are:  incapable of seeing the beauty and strength they inherently possess. It has been obscured in a haze, covered in layers of false messages, masked by the pain.

The cause of fear is childhood conditioning, which causes us to think, “I can’t.”

Have compassion for yourself: you deserve it, no matter what you believe, no matter what you think you have done.  Who cares if you were hurtful?  You were hurtful because that is all you had inside you and all you knew. You must begin to fill yourself with love.  What will you become when you have replaced the hate with love?
